Converting Account Type From Viewer to Creator

Do you already have an account but cannot access the Movie Machine (it should appear between your tokens and “Explore”)?

You’ll need to make sure it’s a Creator Account. Here’s how to convert your account from Viewer to Creator:

Step 1: Click on the gear icon on the upper right part of the page, then select Profile. It would route you to the Profile Settings page

Step 2: In the Profile Settings, scroll down to the section labeled “Convert Account Type.” Click on “Convert.”

Step 3: A pop up would appear. Make sure to agree on the disclosure by clicking on the blank box. Clicking it would put a check. Then select on "Convert Account".

⚠️ Please note: Converting an account to Creator is permanent and cannot be undone.

Step 4: Refresh the page. You should now see the Movie Machine option available in your menu.
