My Shot Is Unable to Be Generated. What to Do?

Sometimes, certain shots in the Movie Machine can’t be generated due to restrictions from our AI model partners. These policies can block content that includes:

  • Political content
  • Hateful content
  • Sexual content
  • Graphic or violent content

We know these restrictions can feel frustrating — and sometimes they can even flag content inaccurately. While Creatorwood is a powerful AI tool, we also work with other AI model providers to bring it to life, which means we must follow their policies.

Here’s what to know if a shot can’t be rendered:

  1. You won’t be charged. If a shot fails due to content restrictions, you’re not billed for it.
  2. Try euphemistic language. If a specific word, action, or dialogue line is triggering a restriction, rephrase it with a lighter or more indirect version of the same idea. This can sometimes bypass overly strict filters.
  3. Reach out to us. Let us know what was blocked. We can:
    • Contact our model partners to see if policies can be updated.
    • Help you brainstorm safe and creative workarounds.

Our mission is to help Storytellers Rule the World. If your story deserves to be seen, we’ll do everything we can to help you get it there.
