Refund Policy for Viewers

We want everyone on Creatorwood to have a great viewing experience, but we also recognize that sometimes issues can arise.

Refunds for Films

  • General Policy: We typically do not offer refunds for films once purchased.
  • Case-by-Case Exceptions: If you are dissatisfied with a specific creator’s film, you may contact the creator directly to request a refund. It’s up to the creator’s discretion to issue it.
  • High Refund Rate Consequences: If a creator is found to have a high rate of refunds, Creatorwood reserves the right to remove their content and revoke their ability to charge viewers.

Refunds for Credits

  • Eligible Refunds: You can request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Credits: Once credits are used to watch films, they are non-refundable because payments to creators are processed immediately.
