Fixing Odd Behavior on Creatorwood: How to Clear Your Browser Cache

If Creatorwood seems to be acting strangely—pages loading slowly, buttons not responding, or other glitches—your browser’s stored cache might be the culprit.

Refreshing that cache often solves the problem.

Below are steps for clearing the cache in some of the most widely used browsers:

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Hover over More tools, then select Clear browsing data.
  3. Pick a time range (select All time to completely wipe cached files).
  4. Ensure Cached images and files is checked.
  5. Click Clear data.
  6. Wait for Chrome to finish, then close and relaunch the browser.

Safari

  1. Open Safari and click Safari in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
  2. Select Preferences, then open the Privacy tab.
  3. Click Manage Website Data.
  4. Choose Remove All, then confirm by clicking Remove Now.
  5. Once complete, close Safari and open it again.

Firefox

  1. Launch Firefox and click the three stacked lines in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings (or Options), then select Privacy & Security.
  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
  4. Check Cached Web Content, then hit Clear.
  5. Restart Firefox once the process finishes.
