How to Find Network Errors on Your Computer for Creatorwood
If something on Creatorwood isn’t working right, our support team might need to see any network errors your browser is picking up when a specific page loads. These errors help us track down exactly what’s going wrong.
Below are step-by-step instructions for different browsers.
Safari
- In Safari, go to Safari > Preferences from the menu bar.
- Open the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Visit the page where the error is happening.
- From the menu bar, choose Develop > Show JavaScript Console (or press Option + ⌘ + C).
- Switch to the Network tab and refresh the page — any errors will appear in red.
- Click on an error to see its details in the Preview or Headers tabs.
- Take a screenshot of the error(s) to share with your Creatorwood support contact.
Google Chrome
Option 1:
- Right-click anywhere on the page (Mac trackpad: tap with two fingers).
- Select Inspect.
- Go to the Network tab and refresh the page to see any red errors. Screenshot them.
Option 2:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- Go to More tools > Developer tools.
- Select the Network tab, reload the page, and screenshot any errors shown in red.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select More tools > Developer tools.
- Open the Network tab (small Wi-Fi icon), refresh the page, and scroll to find any red error entries.
- Click on each error and screenshot its details.
Once you’ve got the screenshots, send them over to our Creatorwood Support Team at support@creatorwood.com so we can investigate and fix the problem.
